Banyan Tree Spa as well as Angsana Spa have created all-natural spa treatment packages to connect guests with nature while enjoying a luxurious guilt-free spa indulgence. Designed to conserve the environment, the eco-friendly treatments use only ingredients that are locally harvested and prepared with a gentle hand. Herbal Touch, available at Banyan Tree Spa Bangkok, Phuket and Samui as well as Angsana Spas in Laguna Phuket, combines the benefits of local herbs and flowers with a traditional warm clay pot compress. A pouch of fresh jasmine flowers is used to massage the face, rejuvenate the skin and calm the mind. The package is a 120-minute treatment, which includes a kaffir lime footbath, warm herbal clay pot compress, face massage and fresh fruits with refreshments for a total of 5,500 baht ++. Nature's Coco, also a two-hour treatment session, is available exclusively at Banyan Tree Spa Bangkok. The treatment harnesses the natural benefits of locally-grown coconuts, combining the nourishing essence of fresh coconuts to deeply nourish and moisturise the body. With a kaffir lime foot cleanse, coconut massage, face massage and refreshments, the treatment is priced at 5,000 baht ++.

Each of the staff must undergo 400 hours of training both theoretical and practical as a junior trainee, before being allowed to assist in the spas to maintain the award-winning standards.

Recommended is the signature three-hour Royal Banyan Package blending traditional massage techniques that date back for centuries in the Thai royal palaces. Starting off with a gentle foot bath followed by Lemongrass and Cucumber Scrub one begins to feel alleviated from the stress of the outside world. Following is Royal Thai Acupuncture Massage to improve blood circulation and relieve the body of muscle tensions. Once entirely relaxed a herbal compress filled with lemongrass, cloves and coriander is applied on the body so all the senses are eased into a state of bliss, exemplified by the use of warm sesame oil. Before leaving for refreshments and relaxation, a soothing and therapeutic herbal bath ensures one leaves with no less than a harmonious balance between mind, body and soul.
For an ultimate relaxation and pamperting indulgence look no further than the Banyan Day Package. Lasting no shorter than seven hours, the body will undergo a range of stimulating body treatments in the morning from head to toe, incorporating body scrubs, conditioners and massages where the only difficulty is deciding between Aloe and Lavender Healer, Kaffir Lime Mask, Tropical Fruit Conditioner, Turmeric and Honey Moisturizer, Creamy Honey Enhancer or Herbal Enricher (and that's only the choice of body conditioners). As Banyan Tree insists on catering for both internal and external well-being, nourish with the nutritious and healthy spa cuisine before continuing the rejuvenating process. Once having eaten, a choice of facial (Banyan Cleansing, Thai Honey, Purifying or Revitalizing) will again subdue the sense to a state of inner and outer calmness. To conclude the experience and slowly reawaken oneself is an hour-long session focused completely on hands and nails, finally finishing with a luxurious foot massage.
